Today I felt constricted yet short on time. This brief practice helped bring some length back into my body. Thank you!
I really liked the creative ways to enter into, and expand the side body. I had a lot of lingering low back and pelvic pain from a lot of kayaking this passed week, and this practice really helped to open and soften the discomfort. a very nice way to be present, gentile and open, without being to strenuous when you are already hurting or short on time.
I love a good side bend so this class was perfect. Adding it to the favorites list!
